It was a bit tough to find....in more of a residential area, but Jimmy was so helpful and took time to basically give us a lesson on what we needed to do- there was nothing wrong with our receiver as it turned out and he didn't even charge us for his help!! Strongly recommend Jimmy and Sutherland Electronics -

Hi, I brought in my Teac amp for repair, and it was OK too. I stapled, and punctured/shorted a speaker wire and it was speakers that were blown. He didn't charge me a penny either! Ha Ha His shop is tucked away behind a house on a hill and was hard to find for me too! Very highly recommended!

Jim got my turntable working properly within 10 minutes and was really great in explaining how it worked and what was needed to keep it running at its optimum. Very kind man, very highly recommended.

Jim was amazing in his explanation of the issues I had with my microwave. This is the second item I have brought him .very reasonable price .his shop is full of history and he will take the time to discuss his collection

Brought in a TV twice in the past 4 years for the failed leds, Saved me from having to spend hundreds of another new tv. He even gave me $10 back for gas, just to pick up a few screws he left out from the tv. Now that's awesome! Great service!

Our 10 year old TV had a glitch. We were considering buying a new one, but it felt wasteful since it still technically worked. Jim got it working as good as new within 2 hours for a ridiculously low price. I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again if I ever needed something fixed. I think he loves what he does, so it felt nice to support him.

Jim is amazing! He fixed my TV in almost no time and charged an extremely reasonable rate. He is a very interesting guy and clearly knows his stuff. I am so grateful for his work--I would have had to replace my tv entirely if it weren't for him ☺️ Note: give him a call before showing up because he's a busy guy!
